Do I need to remove my iCloud account?
Yes, and please do it before we arrive. An iPhone still signed in to Find My cannot be resold or reset, so we can't complete the pickup until it's removed.
Will you buy a phone with a cracked screen?
Yes. A cracked screen reduces the price because the display has to be replaced, but it doesn't stop us buying, tick it in the condition step and the quote adjusts.
Does battery health matter?
It does. Below 80% the battery needs replacing before resale, so it lowers the price a little. Check it in Settings → Battery → Battery Health.
Is my data safe?
