Do you handle the deregistration paperwork?
Not ourselves. Scrapping runs through a registered facility, which is where deregistration and the Certificate of Deposit come from. We'll tell you what's required before we collect.
What documents do I need?
At minimum the RC and your ID. Bring them up when you enquire and we'll confirm exactly what the facility needs for your vehicle, so there are no surprises.
The car doesn't start. Is that a problem?
No, most scrap vehicles don't. We arrange towing as part of collection.
How is a scrap vehicle priced?
Mainly on weight and what's recoverable, so it's settled on inspection rather than quoted online. Condition, missing parts and whether it's complete all matter.
