FAQs
Do I have to separate it first?
No. Mixed loads are normal and we sort them ourselves. Separating clean metal does raise what you're paid, but it's never a requirement.
What if some of it is worth nothing?
We'll say so. Genuine rubbish with no value we may still take away with a paying load, but we won't pretend it's worth money to win the job.
Can you clear a whole flat?
Yes. Tell us roughly the size and what's in it and we'll bring the right vehicle and enough people.
Do you charge for removal?
For a load with value, no, you're paid. For a load that is genuinely all waste, we'll be upfront about it when you enquire rather than at your door.
